Step One - Defining the CMS:

Step Two - Developing the CMS:
We then take that established CMS plan, specific to your firm, and build your site totally around this plan. Development of the site, layout, asthetic, navigation, and the informational data locations as established as pre-defined tables. Within these tables we "lock-out" the elements which your firm is not comfortable editing; navigation, graphics, and/or animation, while still allowing you complete control over the informational data displayed on your site... without learning ANY code. IC makes this possible utilizing software developed by our corporate partner Macromedia which makes editing and maintaining information on your site easier than using most word processing programs.

Step Three - Installation and Training for CMS Utilization:
Upon full development of the CMS and site it becomes times to go "on-line." Once your site is uploaded to the internet the time comes to install the CMS software on a computer at your firm and train individuals how to use it to update the site. We at IC install the software, establish usage parameters, and schedule as many training sessions as you feel are necessary to fully utilize the power of your customized CMS package. In our experience utilizing X_factor we have found that a vast majority of the time the CMS is so seamlessly developed and the software so easy to use that anyone able to use Microsoft Word can master maintaining their own web-site within two hours.

Step Four - Supporting the CMS:
Now that your site is running, available on the internet to customers, and your firm is utilizing the CMS to assure pertinence of information the question becomes, what if changes to some of the pre-defined "locked areas" become necessary?
